Dr.
Charlie Huan-Ting Chen passed away peacefully on November 21, 2023 at
the age of 97 in Toronto, Ontario. Dr. Chen was a founding
director of the Regina Chinese Canadian Association (RCCA) in 1984. He
was awarded RCCA Lifetime Membership in 2011. His kindness,
professionalism, integrity, and contributions to RCCA will be
remembered.

Mr. Hon Fat Soo, RCCA Life Member (2017), passed away in Regina on
Monday, December 25, 2023, at the age of 87. His kindness,
professionalism, and contributions to RCCA will be remembered.

Professor Ziduo Zhao(萨省中国舞蹈学校赵老师）passed away on July 16, 2024.
Professor Ziduo Zhao and his wife Professor Caixiu Li (萨省中国舞蹈学校李老师）established
Chinese Dance School of Saskatchewan in early 80s. They trained
hundreds of Chinese dancers, enriched the Chinese culture in Regina and
Saskatchewan, and performed at many RCCA and RMC events.They
made a significant contribution to multiculturalism in Canada.
His kindness, professionalism, and contributions to RCCA will be
remembered.
